Our friends Chuck & Annette were able to visit us in Glen Rose last weekend. They picked a gorgeous weekend to take in the scenery. We met up at
Rough Creek for some swimming and rock climbing then headed to the Rockin' W for some Skeet Shooting and Grub.

It took a while for Preston to muster up the nerve, but he had to
get a piece of the action once everyone else did. |
The next day we visited
Fossil Rim. It seems that we may have arrived right around nap time because most of the animals were lounging in the shade. But we did have a good visit with the giraffes.
