Countertops

The kitchen is so much more functional now with countertops! The only thing lacking in the kitchen now is a stud in the wall to hang the microwave. Bummer.

School's Out...

for me at least! 3 weeks to catch up on everything I've put off for 3 months. I think the kids have 3 weeks left. P had his first play at school last night (which I missed because of my marketing final). Pictures to follow when I find the camera Eric used.

They had Field Day at school today, which was delayed 2 weeks because of the swine flu. 'A' had a little fall which sent her to the ER, but no injury, no worries. We'll add that to the list of annual ER visits by the Walker family.

Our last soccer game is scheduled for tomorrow & three more weeks of t-ball. What will we do with all of the free time we will have on Saturdays?

The granite countertops are finally ready for the Rockin W. Once those are installed, I can finally replace the paper/plasticware with some real kitchenware, dinnerware, and utensils. And we hope to have the AC unit hooked up soon, just in time for some 90+ degree weather.

So that's about all for now! Packing up from work & heading to P's Friday night t-ball game.

One thing that Lucky & Eliot have in common is that

Mother's Day Card

I had my last class tonight for the semester - finals are next week. I'm SO glad to be done. 2 classes to go!

Eric & I celebrated our 3rd anniversary this week. We went to Eddie V's in Fort Worth to celebrate. The food was outstanding! I can't wait to go back.

Of course I forgot to take a picture of us, all I got was this complimentary dessert. (I think my mom will be proud that I got this shot).
