Construction has Started!
Finally, construction has officially begun! The concrete man was out last week leveling the ground and building forms. The plumber will be out tomorrow and concrete should be poured on Thursday. Weather and contractors permitting. E is already experiencing some of the challenges of construction delays.

Looks great - views are incredible. Is this slab on grade? I was assuming grade beams with a crawl space but the pictures don't indicate that.
Can't wait to see more. Know this is exciting for you all.
It was a pier & beam originally but somewhere ended up being a slab. Not sure yet where the A/C ducts will be...
